I love Visual Art, Dogs and Plants, oh, and all things French, and  have always been a creative soul. I started my career in Nursing and Medical Research, but yearned to have a job that fulfilled my creative desire. 

I had a small Interiors business importing contemporary artwork from South Africa.  I worked for 6 years as the Interior Stylist and Horticulturalist for a company with a portfolio of 13 restaurants, which was a great experience. I've studied Floristry and Horticulture, plants fill me with wonderment, they are incredibly beautiful and so fascinating! I'm inspired by nature, and love art that is colourful, fun and tells a story.

I have been painting and felting for the last 7 years, spending many hours in my studio studying online and exploring techniques. I love colour, character and texture, using highly pigmented inks, acrylic paints, collage, and pastels to create colourful, fun artwork. My felted pieces are a combination of needle and wet felting, free motion stitching using natural wool and silk fibres and textiles. I love Illustration, Naive art, and colourful abstracts.

Art is a joy, and creativity is so good for the soul.
